Terms and Conditions of this agreement:

Food & Catering: Corrine Weddings, LLC must supply all food and liquor (with the exception of a cake brought from a licensed bakery and non-perishable candy & cookies). All food must be consumed on the premises and is not allowed to be taken from the venue or grounds per Health Officials.

Guarantee: The undersigned unconditionally guarantees payment of the full balance due hereunder on  , and agrees to indemnify and hold Corrine Weddings, LLC from and against any and all attorneys fees, in the event this agreement is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection.

Cancellation policy: If a cancellation of your event occurs 10 calendar days after the official booking date/receipt of your deposit; 100% of the deposit will be refunded to you. If an event is cancelled 11 calendar days or more after the booking date, then the non-refundable deposit is not returned.

Liability: Corrine Weddings, LLC reserves the right to inspect and control all functions. The patron is responsible for all Corrine Weddings, LLC property, missing or damage, incurred by guests, independent contractors, patron, patron’s agent, or any person on the patron’s behalf. Corrine Weddings, LLC is not responsible for personal property and equipment brought onto the premises by the patron, patron’s guests or patron’s subcontractors.

Alcoholic beverages & smoking policy: In order to protect you, our customer and your guests, the management of Corrine Weddings, LLC reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to minors and/or individuals that appear intoxicated. Corrine Weddings, LLC also reserves the right to close the bar if they foresee a problem that is forthcoming due to the consumption of alcohol. There is no smoking allowed inside the Tiffany Juliet House, but rather outside in the designated area.

Payments in the form of a personal check, or certified bank check will be accepted for the deposit & the final paymentand payable to: Corrine Weddings, LLC are agreed & required as shown below. The final payment will be in the form of a certified bank check by 10 days prior to the event (no later than 5 days before event):
